She was gangraped 'coz the mob thought she was a Christian
WSN Network

NEW DELHI/BHUBANESHWAR: The Indian Nationa State and its saffron-hued terrorists who shout /Bharat Mata KI Jai' as they burn houses and churches in Orissa and raped women, are now squirming after stories surfaced in sections of the media of the brutal rape and murder of a Hindu orphan. Hindu fanatics out to terrorise poor Christians mistook her as a Christian because she was being sheltered by them and raped and paraded her naked.

The expose came after a Christian priest, Father Edward Sequiera, narrated the story of Rajani Majhi, burnt alive by a mob at Padampur in Bargarh district on August 25. She was gangraped before being killed. Initially, the police tried to rubbish the allegation but later the medical report of the state government confirmed that a nun had been raped in Kandhamal.

Twenty-year-old Rajani was a student of Padampur Women’s College and worked at the orphanage in which she lived to pay for her tuition. T V Peter, procurator, Sambalpur diocese, also confirmed it. She was hurriedly cremated by the local officials.

Peter said he had spoken to many people who had witnessed the carnage that took place. Most witnesses were too terrified to go to the cops or even talk about it because Hindu mobs were still on a rampage in the area, but the priest said he was willing to testify before the police or the court of law.
