Australia Sikhs Celebrate Vaisakhi

The traditional Gurpurab celebrations and Nagar Kirtans are taking innovative forms in the Diaspora. While Surrey and New York observe the Sikh Day Parade in numbers which are more than that at Anandpur Sahib, the Sikhs in Australia, this year, like previous years observed Vaisakhi as Harmony Day.


World Sikh News presents a panorama of the event which serves as a source of aspirations to the young Sikhs and a reference point for those new to the Sikh faith.
