Dallas Gurdwara also welcomes New Year With The Guru

DALLAS: Sikh Sangat converged in huge numbers at Gurdwara Singh Sabha Richardson to welcome the new year in the presence of the Guru and participated in the spirit of joyful gratefulness before the Guru as Kirtan tunes wafted and sangat members wished each other well. 

Gurughar’s secretary S. Surinder Singh Gill prayed for ‘Sarbat Da Bhala’ and underlined that it was a core value for the Sikhs. Bhai Daljit Singh, who rendered Katha at the gurdwara all through the week, was honored with a Siropa by the Gurughar. 

Bhai Surinder Singh said well known Kathakar, Bhai Panjab Singh, will be performing Katha at the gurdwara every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and asked the Sangat to take advantage of his presence.
