Sathh Punjabi seminar on August 10

FREMONT: Dedicated to the cause of Punjabi language and culture, the Sathh Punjabi organization  is holding a seminar on  August 10, Sunday, with the theme “Challenges faced by Punjabi language and culture”. Well known  scholar Dr Sutinder Singh Noor, vice-president of Sahitya  Academy, Delhi, will be the key speaker at the seminar to be organized from 2:00 pm to 6.30 pm. Littérateur Dr Gurmel Sidhu will preside over the seminar.

Representatives of social organizations working in the field of Punjabi culture and literature besides members of the media will be participating. A statement issued by Daljit Singh Sra on behalf of Sathh Punjabi said the recently formed organization’s maiden effort is being carried out with cooperation  of active forums and people in thedomain.
