Lee Land Yee comes visiting Fremont Gurdwara

Fremont: Lee Land Yee, one of San Francisco's most influential Senators who was a prime force behind the California kiarpan bill later vetoed by the state governor, visited Gurdwara Sahib, Fremont and addressed the Sikh sangat.
Lee Land Yee assured that he will be again pushing for the Kirpan Bill. He was accompanied by Indian community's eminent leader Ashwani Kumar Bhakhri, Attorney-at-Law. The Senator was introduced to the sangat by Harpal Singh Mann while Supreme Council member Bhai Jaswinder Singh Jandi proposed a vote of thanks.
