Fremont Gurdwara brings to
sangat Miti Dhund Jag Chanan Hoya

Fremont:
Gurdwara Sahib, Fremont that had organized Kirtan Darbar, medical
camp and Akhand Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib to mark the 540th
Prakash Diwas of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji also took another leap and
brought to the sangat a unique cultural experience.
It brought to
Fremont Dr Harsharan Singh’s celebrated play “Miti Dhund Jag Chanan
Hoya” that was directed by Dr Harsharan Singh’s son Dr Harbaksh
Singh Lata.
Based in the
sakhis connected with the life and times of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji,
the light and sound play was much admired by the sangat. It was
enacted at the Hall raised in the memory of Sant Jarnail Singh
Bhindranwale.

Enterprises helped put up tents on all sides for which the
management thanked S. Gurdip Singh. Mehfil Restaurant’s Satnam Singh
Bal had arranged a langar of tea and pakoras.

Major Singh and well known journalist and radio host S. Balveer
Singh appreciated the efforts of the gurdwara committee for the
venture. Bhai Harjot Singh Khalsa, head of the managing committee,
thanked the sangat for the response to the efforts.
