New theory on
Aarushi twin murder case talks of two killers
WSN Network
New Delhi: Even as
the Aarushi twin murder case keeps India glued to TV for any new
theory, the federal investigative agency CBI that has taken over the
case seems to think that the murder of Aarushi and her family
servant Hemraj was premeditated. There is now talk of two killers,
and that the plot was hatched in advance and a coverup planned
meticulously.
With this, the Noida
police theory that Dr Rajesh Talwar, Aarushi’s father, had killed
both his daughter and Hemraj on the spur of the moment appears to
fall flat.
Dr Talwar’s
compounder, Krishna, was administered a second lie detector test on
Tuesday as some of his replies on Monday were "evasive", CBI sources
said. It is still not clear whether Krishna is a suspect.
Forensic experts
have ruled out the use of a medical instrument as a murder weapon.
It was earlier believed that a scalpel had been used.
A CBI judge on
Tuesday rejected Dr Talwar’s bail plea as he was not empowered to
hear it.
Minutes later, a
fresh application was made in a Ghaziabad sessions court, which will
hear it on June 26.
